What does the monthly website care fee include?
Essential includes hosting, domain and SSL, backups, maintenance, form monitoring, two business email inboxes and one small content edit per month. Care and Growth add the allowances shown above.
How quickly are edits handled?
Care includes unlimited small edits, one at a time, within two business days. Growth includes same-business-day small edits. Essential includes one small content edit per month.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid month. Hosting, email and maintenance stop when care ends, so arrange replacement services. Your paid custom website files and content are yours to take, with no transfer fee; substantial migration work may be quoted separately.
Does Growth guarantee more traffic or leads?
No. Growth includes local search improvements and Google Business Profile management. Search rankings, traffic and lead counts are not guaranteed.
